First 90 days

Week 1-2: Shadow the existing delivery lead through 2 cross-functional standups and read the last 3 quarterly post-mortems. Week 3-6: Take ownership of the EHR integration project — currently 2 weeks behind. Reset timeline, identify hidden dependencies, present recovery plan to the VP. Week 7-10: Run the next CMS audit readiness checkpoint. Coordinate clinical, engineering, and compliance teams to land all action items on schedule. Week 11-13: Define the PM operating playbook used by you and the next 2 PMs the company will hire. Pilot it on a new initiative.
